Description
Recipe:
- Rinse the tapioca balls
- Soak the balls in milk for about 20 minutes
- Cook for 40 minutes in the same liquid until tender over very low heat, stirring constantly
* Recipe for bubble tea syrup:
- Dissolve 2 teaspoons of honey and 4 teaspoons of sugar in 150 ml of boiled chilled water
- Drain the tapioca and add the syrup to it.
- Add tapioca to Bubble Tea, the amount depends on the Gourmet taste
