How do I return products?
The ordered product turned out to be wrong? You have the option of a free return up to 14 days from collecting the package. No receipt needed!
Stages of returning goods:
1. Please send us a message that you wish to return the products in any form (this can be an e-mail or a printed and completed Return Form available for download below). It is recommended that the Statement include:
data of the customer making the statement: name, surname and delivery address;
· list of returned products with their quantity and identification (Index / EAN code / Product name);
· preferred method of returning funds for the returned goods (e.g. provide the bank account number for the transfer)

How to advertise products?
If the purchased product has a defect or is damaged, please submit a complaint. We will try to resolve the situation as best we can.
Stages of complaint of goods:
1. A complaint should be sent to us in any form (it can be an e-mail or a printed and completed Complaint Form available for download below). It is recommended that you include:
· Customer data: name, surname and delivery address;
· brief description of the defect;
· circumstances and date of the defect occurrence;
· Customer's request due to a defect in the goods - the preferred solution to the problem, e.g. return, replacement or repair of the product.
2. At the latest within 14 days of receiving the Complaint Form, we will respond to the complaint and contact you to continue the complaint procedure.
