How to prepare?
- Boil 600 ml of water
- Add 100 g of tapioca to the boiling water and stir
- Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Turn off the burner and wait 30 minutes
- Drain the tapioca
How to prepare the syrup?
- Dissolve 2 teaspoons of honey and 4 teaspoons of sugar in 150 ml of boiled but cooled water
- Add the resulting syrup to the tapioca
- You can add tapioca in syrup to Bubble Tea!
