Homemade compote from Polish seasonal fruit. Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 liters of water

• 1 kg of fruit, it depends on cleaning them of pits, we recommend 220 g raspberries, 180 g plums, 3 apples, 1 pear

• 2 tablespoons of sugar

• 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar

• spices to taste: cinnamon bark, 2 cloves, mint

Recipe:

1. We wash the fruit, cut it, and remove the seeds and seeds. Boil water with sugar and vanilla sugar in a large pot.

2. Put fruit on boiling water. We add cinnamon and cloves (depending on your taste)

3. Cook for 15 minutes over moderate heat until the fruit is tender.

4. Remove from heat and cool for at least 10 minutes. Over time, the compote will take on more flavor. It can be seasoned with mint leaves.

The thermal decanter is perfect for serving our compote and it is unique!
