White raw tapioca small pearls Tea 1 kg

Large tapioca granules for Bubble Tea. Also used as an addition to desserts, pancakes, pudding, pudding and as a thickener for soups and sauces

When cooked, the starch balls swell and become transparent.

  1. Rinse the tapioca balls
  2. Soak the balls in milk for about 20 minutes
  3. Cook for 40 minutes in the same liquid until tender over very low heat, stirring constantly

* Recipe for bubble tea syrup:

  1. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of honey and 4 teaspoons of sugar in 150 ml of boiled chilled water
  2. Drain the tapioca and add the syrup to it.
  3. Add tapioca to Bubble Tea, the amount depends on the Gourmet taste
